Optimal fresh air: Textile ventilation hoses / ducts in connection with axial fans for supply air and exhaust air - antibacterial design
in industry, agriculture, laboratories, food processing areas, warehouses, greenhouses, indoor farming, swimming pools, ice rinks, fitness studios, etc.
Advantages of textile air distribution at a glance:
- Highest product quality - robust design
- Antibacterial design to prevent mold growth
- Energy-efficient, as the air is delivered exactly where it is needed
- Precisely calculated to meet specific needs
- No condensation
- Cost-neutral selection from 9 standard colors
- Short delivery time
- Draft-free, even, and clean fresh air
- Washable in a standard washing machine, hygienically safe
- Reduction of illnesses such as respiratory diseases
- Lower germ load in the ambient air
- In agricultural stables: Constant feed intake, lower veterinary costs, less Flies, fewer population losses
ZAplus fans as well as other fans from Ziehl-Abegg can be supplemented with textile ventilation hoses, which we also offer with short delivery times. The fabric hoses are easy to assemble, washable, durable and cost-effective. The ventilation hoses are flame retardant or non-flammable, depending on the type of textile. The fire protection suitability can be confirmed by certificates - as well as by certificates for antimicrobial areas or clean rooms. The formation of condensation and then mold as a result is reliably prevented.
The textile ventilation hoses in connection with the fans and the corresponding control technology are individually projected for the building in question.
The air outlet speeds of the ducts can also be adapted to the specific project. The air ducts can be designed to be virtually draught-free. In calf stalls, for example, the standard is 0.3 m/s and in cow stalls it is 2 m/s on the animal. On request, this can also be designed for e.g. 3 m/s.
Certain textile ventilation ducts can reach air velocities (at the exit of the duct) of up to 18 m/s.
In addition to agricultural stables and greenhouses, other areas of application include the food industry, swimming pools, sports and fitness halls, industrial production halls and warehouses, laboratories, data centers, business premises as well as conference and exhibition halls.
Textile ventilation ducts can not only be used for air supply purposes. Textile ventilation ducts are also used in extraction tasks. The ventilation ducts are kept in shape with a round cross-section by an integrated spiral, or a channel with a rectangular cross-section is used, whereby the shape is maintained by rails in the four corners - this variant has the advantage of being easier to clean, as there is no spiral that must be removed for the washing process.
